Take a trip by bus across the picturesque karst regions, the town of Niksic and farther by the Piva valley, along the reservoir Mratine up to Scepan-Polje, situated in the Tara valley, northern part of Montenegro. River Tara Canyon is considered one of the most beautiful canyons on our planet. It is 1300 meters at its deepest making it the second deepest canyon in the world after the Colorado Canyon. This canyon is a treasury of geological, animal and plant resources, thereby it was announced as a part of UNESCO World Heritage and an ecological supply of the world.

Start your trip early in the morning, pass by Podgotica, Niksic, the Piva River and get to the border with Bosnia & Hercegovina. You will drive through the Piva River stanch which is the largest one in Europe, 220m high. Have a breakfast enjoying stunning views right from the restaurant and then get to the place where rafting starts, by microbus. Take on the diving suit and set off rafting. Total rafting time is 3 hours, including 18km and 20 rifts. Look out over the incredible beauty of those places. Use two stops to swim and take photos. In the end, enjoy your evening meal in the same restaurant with the most wonderful terrace over the Tara River. Go back home.
